Penang Food

We went to Penang Place restaurant for the commemoration of Li yang and Chia who are going to ORD (they ord today!) this friday. Next up will be US who are going to ORD!!! I still remember vividly from the moment we trudged from SI to 8 Signal Battalion with our luggages which were of extreme weight. Okay, back to the dinner at the restaurant where I once worked there as a waiter!

Chilli Prawns. I didn't expect this dish because it appears randomly! My favourite dish of all. :)

The assam laksa that perks up my tastebuds! A bit too spicy for me though. :P Looks like my tolerance for spicy food never got better! 3 years and going yet this is still too spicy for me. Haha.

Realisation dawned on me as I read Eugene's blog. Although there will be people who disagrees with what you are doing, but as long as you know what you want to achieve, your goals and your dreams, nothing will be able to stop it, only an unwavering mind will defeat it. Having a goal in your life is better than having none, which the former makes your life meaningful. You only live once, take it or damn it. :)

Chill Nite and Coy Outing

Actually I think my blog title is rather boring! Argh.. haben been updating lately. We went to chill at Brewerkz and Cafe Iguana again. I think pubs are much better than clubs. You all should try the beer at Brewerkz, its has a unique taste and we all love the margeritas from Cafe Iguana. The former being recommended by Li Yang and the latter by Chris. :)

My head was already kinda zonky after 1 mug of beer and the margeritas. Hehe. Oh yah, this outing is partly to celebrate the "ORD-ing" of Chris. :)

We spent around $30 nett per person for weekday lunch. Visit it if you wanna have a different feel from the normal Jap fare from Sakae or Suki. :)

We den shopped around and went to Decoder's Cafe at Balmoral Plaza! Damn fun leh... We played 4 games in total, Bang!, Dino Bone, Ugly Ugly and Guesstures.

Yesterdae was our company outing. Met up with most of the guys at City Hall mrt at 10am to go Marina Square to bowl. Dunno if we go there to cam-whore or play bowling! LOL. But it was damn fun I would say.

Oh yah.. we den went to play arcade for a while. I persuaded Jonny to dance the Para Para since I've never seen him dance before and I heard he's a pro. OMG. He realli is a pro lor. Luckily it was still a mondae morning and no one is around to see me "dance" when Jonny insisted that I try out the super funny game. :D

Next, Aquamarine in Oriental Mandarin Hotel at Marina Square! The amazing buffet everyone have been looking forward to.

A sushi counter for the chef to produce Japanese food! The fishes (Tuna, Salmon etc) are damn fresh I tell you. Even I, can eat 6 raw fish sushi means that the fishes are really fresh and succulent.

After the singing had ended, a few of us went to Harbour Front's hawker centre to eat prawn noodles and shared some oyster omelette. Very nice. Haha...

To Kenneth and Jonny: Good bye!!! Enjoy your ORD man... We'll always miss your craps and funny shitloads. Love working with you guys! You guys rock!!! :D
