WOO HOO! Finally I got GOLD for IPPT. Damn happy and ecstatic. Got a day off and $100 more! :D

1st station- Sit-ups
Did 41. (A)

2nd station- Standing broad jump
Jumped 234cm (B, which was just nice for a gold :) ).

3rd station- Shuttle run
Shuttled 9.8s (A)

4th station- Chin-ups
Pulled 10 (B, just nice for a gold :) ) .

5th station- 2.4km run
Clocked 9.30min (under 9.44min, which was need for a gold!) WOOOTS!
Jian feng told me I ran wrongly when I was at the carpark (not again!) and wasted a few secs. Lol.. nvm bah, since got gold timing already. :D
